During his first term representing Columbia County, State Rep. Robert Leadbeter distinguished himself as a solid conservative and highly effective legislator. Among the hundreds of bills he has sponsored or voted on are:

• Introduced HB93 , a bill supporting educating young adults about the threat of human trafficking
• Voted for HB1100 , a bill that expands property tax relief for seniors
• Co-Sponsored a bill preventing municipalities and counties from becoming sanctuary cities for illegal immigrants ( HB1840)
• Co-sponsored a bill prohibiting non-citizens from voting in Pennsylvania elections ( HB1890)
